HornyFanz Terms of Service: User Agreement & Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and HornyFanz ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

4. Intellectual Property

The HornyFanz Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by HornyFanz, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Modify copies of any materials from the Platform
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Platform

The HornyFanz name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HornyFanz or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HornyFanz, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Under no circumstances will HornyFanz be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Platform or your account information.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to HornyFanz in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

HORNYFANZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE PLATFORM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

HORNYFANZ DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE PLATFORM IN TERMS OF ITS CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. You hereby consent to and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Platform.
